This one goes out to Brad and Roy because they have those Hoods but everyone is free to join ;)

I am a long year user of the „old style“ Optrel Hoods like the Vegaview 2.5 / E684 and all the others with a round hood.

For 10 weeks I now got a Panoramaxx 2.5… did not like the ISOFIT at all so I changed that to the old style headgear.

But I find it hard to adjust so that the arc light does not shine through from the under site of the hood..

The old style helmets sits way better at the moment..

So a question to those who know the Panoramaxx… do you guys set it that way that it lays down on the nose or with free space between the nose and the hood?

Interested to see the answer here because I'm looking hard at the PanoramaXX...I really like the cheater design for those hoods.

ive the e684 and set it back alittle. let me ask something. ive used the e684 in a garage for a long time. when i decided to use it outside the sun immediatly triggers the filter. i replaced the batteries and adjusted the knobs every way. is there a trick to keep the sun from triggering it ?
