Hello everyone. My name is William. I live in New Zealand and can never cook eggs the same way twice.

I was just wondering what people do as an organised easy to access way to store rods. I keep my rods in the packs they come in but organisation is important to me and I’m a bit stumped on what way to store everything. I weld special metals so being able to identify and seperate the different fillers is very much a must. I have thought about storing them vertically but that still doesn’t fix the situation for shorter rods.

I should have mentioned in meaning TIG wire.

Personally, I like to use the RodGuard Holders for the majority of my filler wire. This way I can have only one tube open at a time in the shop. For the less used filler I keep it stored in the basement in the box it came in, RodGuards, or PVC Tubes with caps on the end.

As far as organizing them I keep the shop filler in a couple mounts that fit the RodGuard holders.

Yeah thankfully at least from the suppliers I buy from if you buy in the right quantities they come in nice plastic tubes.
