not sure if you guys have a machine with this feature but its cool. in seconds you can be putting out nice welds with wire types and sizes your not familiar with rather than spending a ton of time trying to manually dial it in and still not getting it right

I like that feature! It makes it tough to make a bad weld!

been messing around more with the synergic and im really amazed. set material thickness then pull the trigger and the machine does the rest. there was a few bb but i thought the welds looked real good.

i been buying a bunch of flat strap scrap in .065 .125 .250 then cut it in coupons myself. i tack four pieces so i get three fillet joints ,two lap and one outside corner from each piece
