In Brad Goodman's video on full penetration aluminum he used a Miller Dynasty that has all the features like waveforms and amplitude settings.
A member commented that he would like to see a similar video using a much simpler machine like the CK MT200.
I used a #5 clear cup (they film better) with around 18cfh
1/16" 2% lanthanated electrode
using the 115v pigtail adapter
AC balance set to 6
AC freq 120hz
set machine amps to 140 and used a foot pedal...actual amps peaked out at 72
This was .063" 6061 aluminum but since it was clamped in a fixture, it took about 10% more amps than without
